Before founding Avery Professional Group in 2008, Kevin Kirkpatrick led hospital recruitment teams of up to six recruiters at Humber River Hospital, St. Michael’s Hospital and Peterborough Regional Health Centre. That’s where he learned what an open seat costs a hospital, how hiring decisions actually get made, and what hiring managers need to hear and when.
