A placement isn’t done when the contract is signed. That’s where most firms leave, and it’s where many leadership placements quietly fall apart. So the support and the guarantee are built into how we work, and into the fee, not billed on top.
Who gets what
Six months of executive coaching
For leadership and executive placements, from managers through C-suite, including physician leaders. Each leader is matched with an independent executive coach for six months, starting at selection. The coaches are experienced leaders who have been clinicians themselves, so they understand leading in healthcare. Coaching isn’t part of clinical-only placements such as physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses or technologists.
A one-year guarantee
For executive and physician placements. We stand behind the hire for a full 12 months, well past the 90 days that’s common in this business. For leaders, the coaching is what makes the longer guarantee possible. The two work together.
Why it matters
The first six months decide whether a leadership hire worked. A nurse, physician or administrator stepping into a manager, director or executive role isn’t just changing jobs. They’re changing what they do all day, who they answer to and how they lead. Clinical excellence doesn’t automatically carry into that. The leaders who make the jump cleanly almost always had support doing it.
We include it because supported leaders are the ones who can support and lead their clinical staff well, and that’s how the people around them stay too.
