Every physician leader I place gets six months of independent executive coaching, usually from a coach with the same clinical background. It supports the transition into a new role and a new organization, the exact window where a strong leader can still stumble. It is built into the recruitment fee, not billed on top.
A full one-year guarantee
Because the leader is supported after the hire, I can stand behind the placement for a full year, well past the 90 days that is standard in this business. The coaching is what makes the longer guarantee possible. The two work together.
Why it matters
The first six months decide whether the hire worked.
A physician stepping into a leadership role is not just changing jobs. They are changing what they do all day, who they answer to, and how they lead. Clinical excellence does not automatically carry into that. The leaders who make the jump cleanly almost always had support doing it.
