Avery Professional Group uses an engaged recruitment process that is clearly defined, communicated and effective.

Engaged search is a process where a portion of the fee is paid at the start of the search and the remainder upon successful recruitment of the physician.

Our process involves a push/pull method where we partner with our clients to advertise the role via social media and digital advertising to push the message out. The pull consists of us reaching out to individual physicians to put the message in front of them.

This puts a heavy emphasis on understanding our clients and the roles that they are working to fill. If we can engage a physician by knowing what we are recruiting for it’s a lost opportunity.
